So How am I going to do this......
No Carbs (which I love), No more Cookies, Lots of water, Lots of Vegetables, Lots of Chicken, No more bacon wrapped Chicken served with Rice (our favorite meal served twice a week), Lots of salads. Instead of eating chips for a snack I have been eating cottage cheese with a snack pack of fruit mixed with it. (it's better than it sounds)
So far, since Saturday I have lost 4 pounds... woo hoo!
*Side Note* Who said Breastfeeding makes you lose weight? Breastfeeding makes me so hungry!
