Speaking of junk......
I dream of food. I dream of thanksgiving stuffing, pies, cakes, chocolate, french fries, cheese burgers, burrito supremes.... well you get the idea. When I get these cravings I drink some oh so filling water and eat a fruit cup.
side note* I bet I would lose more weight if I would go outside and walk or even better run. I haven't ran since my sophomore year in HIGH SCHOOL. I guess I will stick to walking. I'm thinking about joining this women's running clinic this Feb., I'm not sure though. The only thing that is holding me back from walking now is the weather. I hate to be cold!!
So, now my goal is to lose the next set of FIVE POUNDS! WIsh me Luck!

That so great Mary! Congrats! And good luck on the next 5! At least it will be getting warmer soon. Today is goregous. I even walked Romeo today before work. I hate walking in the cold but today was perfect.
Whoo hoo! 5 pounds down! Let the weather get nicer and you will want to be outside! I am so sick of the cold!
