Baby Emma.

When I was a little girl I had a baby doll named Baby Sarah. I loved this doll. Now my little Lucy loves Baby Sarah but she renamed her... Meet Baby Emma.

We played baby dolls forever today. I found some of Lucy's old baby things and Lucy thought they were great.

Sunday Play.

Yesterday after church we went to the farm to have lunch with the Coble's and Aunt Emily. It's always nice to get together at the farm because the kids can run all their energy off.

Look how dirty they are.

Dinner Group.

Saturday we had a dinner date with 2 other couples from church. Our sunday school class has started a dinner of 6 club so that everyone could get to know each other better. It was a fun night. We attended our church Fundraiser that night and enjoyed dinner, jazz and a silent auction.

Jonathan won a door prize. He said he was going to hang it in his office.

Potty Training.

Lucy is very interesting in the potty these days. When we are at home she is in panties and does very well. When we go out we wear a pull up and she does pretty well in those too. She is pretty aware of what is going on. Hopefully within the next few weeks we make a full transition.

Sunday we had a lunch date with the Coble's at Chilis. Our kids are getting better and better and it is getting easier to bring them out to lunch.

Lucy and I have really taken advantage of the wonderful weather. It has been so nice outside and since we have been couped up in the house for the past three weeks with snow we made sure to enjoy it.

We tried out a new trail. The Crystal Bridges trail. It was simply beautiful.

Lucy really enjoys nature, especially sticks and rocks.

Lucy loved going under this bridge because it echoed. We spent 20 minutes making every noise known to man under here.

We have been busy this past week getting over a sinus infection and visiting with our grandparents! Cookie, Bapaw and Mamaw Faye came up to visit with us and Lucy just loved it!

Be Mine.

I love Valentines day. I especially love it when we spend it at home in our sweat pants together! This year that is exactly what we did. Lucy and I prepared a specially meal and picked up a cake. Because it's not a party without a cake.

Our Carbajal cake. I dominated this cake and it was worth every calorie!

It was a pretty fun day. Jonathan and I decided not to get each other gifts. Lets just make it special for Lucy. Well all went as planned until I found out he got me a little surprise... A Nook Color. I was pretty excited. I still need to get the husband a gift. Maybe he will get a really good birthday gift.

Havenwood Angel Gala.

Saturday night Jonathan and I were invited to attend the Havenwood Gala. We were excited to get dressed up to support a good cause. I didn't realize how much I loved a silent auction until Saturday. It got my heart racing and I got a little too excited! It was a fun kid free date night.

I love my husband. I think he is dreamy.
Laura's company was a sponsor for the event and they had extra tickets that's why we were all there. Thank you whitewave we had a lovely time.
