New Year. New Goals. Clean Slate.
1. Lose 10-15 pounds. (10 pounds=pre pregnancy weight/15=wedding weight)
- I just had a baby. I thought if I only gained 20 pounds I would have it off by my 6 week appointment. By my 6 week appoinment I had 6 pounds to go. I've been gaining weight ever since. Breastfeeding makes me hungry, people says it helps them lose weight, well it makes me gain weight even when I keep my calories around the 1500-2000 range. I'd like to have the weight off by Henry's birthday.
2. Date my husband. My goal is to schedule 1 date per month with no kids. Doesn't sound like a lot? We have been on one date in the past 8 months and that was to a wedding.
3. Start running again. I downloaded a couch to 10k program. I started running a week ago but then it snowed and I haven't done it again. So start over and run a 10K.
