Weekly Happenings.

It's a new week!
I started the week at the gym! I haven't been to the gym since Jonathan had his seizure in June. Thankful with the help of stress I haven't gained any weight. I've lost a lot of muscle, though...

I'm really sore still from my Monday workout and haven't been back to the gym.

After the gym, I noticed my tire was extremely low. (I only noticed this because of the light that flashed on the dashboard.) So Henry and I swung by the tire shop and waited for 1.5 hours only to be told it was low and there was no nail in the tire. If I would have known that I would have filled the tire myself.

I told Henry he could sit in my lap and close his eyes if he wanted.  He did and slept for the longest time!

I talked to my Arkansas Bestie, Marci, about dinners. I'm struggling in the kitchen, mainly motivation wise. She gave me some great dinner ideas. That night we had breakfast for dinner and I pulled out my waffle iron. My kids have asked for waffles every night since! They also loved the sausage, eggs and fresh fruit!

I've been trying out hot pink lipstick. I sported this to the pool this week. I'm a fan but it's bright.

Boys that tinkle together- stay together.
My family is in the season of activities and I'm learning to juggle it all. Lucy and Henry have sports practice at the exact same time. Jonathan and I have to swap and juggle drop off and pickups and baths and dinner. I think we are doing good as long as we don't forget a kid.

Lucy before soccer.

Henry's tee ball practice.

Wednesday, Jonathan had his monthly checkup and Henry tagged along. We talked about how daddy was a big boy while getting a shot and Mom didn't even have to hold him down. Henry didn't like that big boy trait.

Also, Jonathan was cleared to legally drive at this appointment! It's been 3 months since his seizure and he was more than ready to drive his truck!!
(Henry's into dressing himself...)

We dropped Daddy off at work and went straight for a hair cut. Henry's hair was super long and it was time for a professional cut. I've been cutting his hair for a while but every 6 cuts we need a good start over.

My lunch for the day because I know yall want to know what I eat... (I actually like to see normal stuff from people because it gives me ideas)

Shredded chicken/avocado and a peach

This was our last carpool to pick up daddy! Please Pray He stays seizure free. I'm not sure he will stay married to me if I have to drive him for another 3 months.

Last, I wrote about being just a mom this week. (click on picture to read)

That's it.

God is bigger than this and Jesus Can fix-it.
